"As a qualified personal trainer myself, and having owned a studio and worked with many trainers over the years, I am very particular about who trains me. I met Nicole having not trained consistently for nearly 2 years, after an injury and having piled on a fair bit of weight. At my assessment Nicole took the time to get clear about my goals and motivations, whilst getting a good understanding of my starting point.
