Group Training

Small group sessions are the closest thing to Personal Training, but even more affordable! We currently have groups of 2 to 4 people training at various times throughout the week that you can join or, if you have a group of friends who all have the desire to get fit together or train toward a common goal then this is perfect! You get all the benefits of working closely with a Personal Trainer - at a fraction of the cost, while also enjoying the time you have committed to training by having the fun and support of friends or family who are in the same boat as you.

This is a great way to stay motivated and with everyone there for a similar reason, there's at least ONE person in the room who knows the challenges you are going through and, unlike a fitness class in a gym - you and your friends get a dynamic program tailored especially for your needs and goals.

So if you thought you would never be able to afford Personal Training- think again!

 

Mobile (In-Home) Training

Training in your own home can offer you the privacy and flexibility that can make all the difference to creating and maintaining a routine that helps you stick at it!

Work around your kids, in the comfort of your own home (in your P.J's if you wish!), and without the inconvenience or interuptions and extra time spent getting to the gym. We come to you - wherever that might be!

We bring ALL the equipment necessary, and if you have a group of people all wanting to train in the same place, we'll come with everything you need. Machines and heavy equipment aren't necessary to get an awesome workout, and their absence often forces the use of functional body weight exercises that engage your whole body, and bring great results!

We bring the 'gym' direct to your door.

Sports Teams

Sport-specific training can be a vital addition to any sports team or individual, as it focuses on the particular movements and muscles that will be utilised in your given sport.

Strength training develops the muscles and joints that will be hammered during the season, and can provide greater strength, power or speed to any sport, correct weak technique, and help to prevent many injuries. Bringing the cardiovascular system (heart & lungs) up to scratch also leads to greater overall performance and endurance in most sports, allowing the players skills and technique to shine. Pre-season training prgorams can give an early advantage over the competition and avoid any early injuries, while mid-season training irons out any weaknesses and maintains the bodies strength, along with post-season programs.

Nutrition

All of our programs include a Nutrition Training component, as what goes into our bodies greatly affects not only our bodies physical appearance, but what it can physically achieve.

Unlike the typical advice given out in many gyms, we will work with you to examine your current diet, plan a healthy but realistic diet to perfectly compliment the type of training you're doing to reach your goals even faster. We will also constantly evaluate your changing needs as you see your body transform to ensure all the hard work you're putting in is being supported completely.
